“Me gusta pintar flores para que nunca mueran”

I like to paint flowers so they never die”

In this piece, a woman carries the dignity of a queen, with a royal blue background echoing her majesty. Her flower crown, inspired by the great artist Frida Kahlo, pays tribute to her poetic universe, one of whose poems inspired the title of this artwork.

This piece is part of the Souveraines Collection, an invitation to reflect on the power, resilience, and universal beauty of women.

Created with oil and a palette knife, this work reveals expressive colors and textures. Inspired by abstract expressionism and Mexican muralism.
