TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of original artworks created by Patricia Pierre GOMEZ BARANDA.
1. Price and Payment
The prices displayed on the website are in euros, and do not include packaging and shipping costs, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Payment must be made via bank transfer or Paypal before the artwork is shipped.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Artworks are shipped within 2 days after payment is received. Estimated delivery times: France: approximately 1 week, International: between 10 days and 2 weeks, depending on the destination. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes in their country.
3. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, original artworks are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All sales are final once payment is confirmed.
4. Reception and Claims
The buyer must check the condition of the artwork upon receipt. In case of damage during transport, they must file a claim with the carrier and contact me within 48 hours, providing photos of the damaged package and artwork.
5. Intellectual Property
Purchasing an artwork does not grant any reproduction or commercial exploitation rights. The artist retains all copyright over their work.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
